When changes are required on your website there are a few options available.

  1. Experiment and try things yourself.
  2. Engage WiseInternet Support to assist you via phone and/or email.
  3. Engage WiseInternet Support to do the changes for you.

WiseInternet Support

  • We offer phone and email support where we respond by phone or email within 24 hours on business days. However, our usual response time is generally within 4 hours on business days (9am to 5pm).
  • You will find that queries are generally resolved in a matter of minutes.
  • As most support only involves a few minutes of our time then the costs over a month are very reasonable. The majority of clients requesting support use less than an hour of support each month.
  • At the end of each month we send an invoice that outlines all requests and time taken for each request.

Engaging WiseInternet Support

  1. To engage support all we need is a reply to our email confirming that you would like to proceed with WiseInternet Support.
  2. Choose your payment option.
Option 1 – Credit Card
  • Provide a valid credit card number that is stored securely at our merchant facility (number cannot be viewed, and card record can only be replaced or deleted).
  • At the end of each month we send an invoice that outlines all requests and time taken for each request.
  • Invoice payment is automatically debited from credit card on file.
  • Hourly support rate is $160+GST.
Option 2 – Prepaid Support
  • An invoice for 3 hours support at $160+GST per hour is submitted for payment.
  • Support times and costs are calculated on minutes used only (six minute increments) and deducted from the prepaid support hours.
  • Hourly support rate is $160+GST.

NOTE: If we think any single requests may take more than two hours we can send an estimate for approval prior to commencement.

Additionally, you may also request a quote prior to the commencement of any work.
