When changes are required on your website there are a few options available.
- Experiment and try things yourself.
- Engage WiseInternet Support to assist you via phone and/or email.
- Engage WiseInternet Support to do the changes for you.
- We offer phone and email support where we respond by phone or email within 24 hours on business days. However, our usual response time is generally within 4 hours on business days (9am to 5pm).
- You will find that queries are generally resolved in a matter of minutes.
- As most support only involves a few minutes of our time then the costs over a month are very reasonable. The majority of clients requesting support use less than an hour of support each month.
- At the end of each month we send an invoice that outlines all requests and time taken for each request.
Engaging WiseInternet Support
- To engage support all we need is a reply to our email confirming that you would like to proceed with WiseInternet Support.
- We will provide you access to our secure client portal to enter your billing information.
Credit Card Payments
- A valid credit card number is stored securely at our merchant facility (number cannot be viewed, and card record can only be replaced or deleted).
- At the end of each month we send an invoice that outlines all requests and cost for each request.
- Invoice payment is automatically debited from credit card on file 7 days after issue unless paid prior by EFT.
- Hourly support rate is $160+GST.
